Research On The Construction Process Of Entrepreneurial Resources From The Perspective Of Constructivism

As the country’s support for entrepreneurial innovation,social entrepreneurship enthusiasm high,questions about entrepreneurship has received the attention of scholars.The entrepreneurial success will be affected by many factors,but one of the most critical factor is whether it can build its own entrepreneurial resources.Compared with the mature of large and medium-sized enterprises,start-ups are restrained by their various resources,the ability to get resources also need to be further improved.If ignored entrepreneurial enterprises in the process of growing its own unique characteristics,so it is difficult to entrepreneurial success entrepreneurs.Through a review of the existing literature and research,found that there are few from the perspective of constructivism,to study the construction of entrepreneurial resources.Constructivism thinks that social reality is not objective given but in interaction,and gradually formed in the course of action is subject to existing rules but also can change the rules to form a new social structure.Entrepreneurship resources can by entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial process interact with stakeholders have been constructed,from the perspective of constructivism to study the process of the construction of the entrepreneurship resources accords with the inherent law of entrepreneurship resources to form.Therefore,this article from the perspective of constructivism to study the formation process of entrepreneurial resources.In this paper,the main research contents are as follows:first,the theory on the basis of the existing related literature review,clear of the insufficiency in current research progress and research,on the basis of determining the research topic of this study.Secondly,under the support of relevant theories,the forming process of the application of constructivism to entrepreneurship resources,carries on the case study design,collecting data and,through a combination of primary data and secondary data to do a complete and reliable information,to extract useful information from it.Again,through the analysis of the case,the entrepreneur in the process of entrepreneurship by interacting with business partners and other stakeholders to build entrepreneurship resources,build process including the source of the entrepreneurship resources,how to obtain business resources and how to develop the resources thus to form unique entrepreneurial venture enterprises resources to promote the success of entrepreneurial activity.During the study by four propositions put forward to reveal the inner mechanism of the entrepreneurship resources to build,and then put forward according to the result of case analysis in this paper,the research model.Finally,to summarize the full text,this paper puts forward the research conclusion of this paper,countermeasures and Suggestions,research and its prospect.This paper mainly discusses the construction of entrepreneurial resources from the perspective of Constructivism in terms of resource identification,resource acquisition and resource development.Resource identification,entrepreneurial resources are subject to the existing conditions will take action recognition around the existing resources,determine the sources and resources needed for entrepreneurship resources through the interaction with stakeholders,by entrepreneurs identified resources will form a new structure,at this stage,if not to identify effective resources will encourage entrepreneurs to identify resources.In the stage of obtaining resources,entrepreneurs have access to resources in recognition stage identified resources,resources according to different sources,how this will be through internal accumulation and external acquisition in two ways to explain the entrepreneurs access to needed resources in the entrepreneurial process,namely the internal accumulation of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team use their accumulated resources to carry out entrepreneurial activity,external acquisition is the entrepreneur resources to meet the demands of stakeholders to get their hands of resources,access to resources through entrepreneurial enterprises to obtain resources to form a new structure and become the basis for resource development.In the stage of further development and utilization of resources development,formed its own unique entrepreneurial resources of entrepreneurs will gain access to the resources,according to the development of different forms,this paper will be divided into resource development resources and resources transformation,resources that entrepreneurs will gain access to external resources and self owned resources utilization,resources will be transformed the ability of resources into process,if there is no effective access to the development of entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurs will retrn to the resource identification and resource acquisition phase,after construction of the three phase of the venture enterprises form their own unique entrepreneurial resources to promote the development of entrepreneurial activity.
