The twenty-first century is an era full of opportunities and challenges, but also competition in the era of human resources. Modern management theory that ultimately must reflect the competitive field in the talent competition. Face the future competition, human resources management the key to success for commercial banks, a sound salary management system is to attract, motivate, develop and retain talent of the most powerful tool.In this study, how to establish a salary system for Changchun C Bank as the basis for a profound analysis of Changchun C bank pay the process of implementation problems, and in order to stimulate the same time be enthusiastic staff, improve staff efficiency, achieve organizational goals, on the Changchun C bank pay structure design and application.This paper is divided into four parts, including the general part of remuneration, Changchun C bank pay status and problems and how to establish a rational organization for the development of Changchun C bank pay system, but also pay the same industry, made a comparison.Since the middle of 20th century, the Theory of Constructivism has been very popular in the world.
