Real estate appraisal is a highly technical industry, not only requirespractitioners to have a theoretical basis and practical experience, but also requiresvaluation agencies and the industry and improve technical standards. Intoday’s fast-growing financial industry, the type of real estate mortgage loans, moreand more, and with the rapid development of real estate, construction in themortgage business has become an important means of financing real estate, mortgageevaluate construction projects also become an important business major real estateappraisal business.In the assessment of construction projects secured not only determine the amountof loans the real estate business, but also on the bank’s risk control has a veryimportant significance, and therefore a reasonable objective and accuratedetermination of the value of the collateral is very important construction projects,which not only requires valuation units market research, efforts parameter selectionprocess also requires the value of the technical aspects of computing done carefullyand conscientiously.In this paper, in the form of case studies, combined with the real constructionproject evaluation in the case of the hypothetical development method and the costmethod in the evaluation of projects under construction practices in the use case hasbeen fully demonstrated.
