Study On Preparatory Development Work Of China's Real Estate Based On Case Of D Development Project

Real estate is an important support-industry in our country and plays a key role in national economy and social development. The development of real estate is accomplished by constructing projects, which is system engineering. The prophase is a period that the project is preparing for enacting and it is very critical for success finish of the whole project. The prophase of real estate emboldening in our country is complex flow management,not only faced drastic market competition, but also serviced by the government. The research object of the text is the prophase flow, set forth from establishing project,programming,designing,ground dealing,house moving and construction permission, combined practice. In this study, the special case was used to analyze and some drawbacks were found and corresponding reasons were explained. Then the viewpoints of improving work efficiency were suggested. The key success for the real estate prophase work, simplifying work path and strengthening law-making for removing house and recognizing technical design are very important in the real estate industry according to the method of theory and facts combination, theory of induction and deduction combination, and analysis method of plan and comment technique. The results can be served as prophase work of real estate.
