In the continuous development of the domestic economy,the engineering construction field has developed rapidly.In the entire life cycle control of this project,the project implementation is the creation process,and the project implementation management is indispensable in the project implementation process.The stage management is an effective way to ensure the completion of the entire project implementation schedule.The purpose of the schedule management of implementation process is to meet the demand of the planning schedules of project implementation and implement project management by fully making use of other resources.The controllability of project schedule refers to the control of the implementation schedule of every phase and the final required time of project completion of the project during the project execution,to fulfill the overall goal of the project under a given time range.The schedule control in the process of engineering construction falls into a part of management,which can impact the qualities and benefits of the project.The project progress,quality and cost control are three critical factors to realize project management.And the planning of the progress and control is the essential part to ensure the completion of the project on time.This paper employs the specific project of the progress of management analysis to enhance the timeliness of project management.By analyzing the features of the ABC real estate construction project,this paper first introduced the concept of current project progress control,then used some knowledge and ways of schedule management,establishing the work breakdown system of project in the practice of construction control.Finally,it made decisions about the order of project construction and the allocation of responsibility and drew out the project Gantt chart by using network technology.And through the s-shaped curve comparison method and the equity method of schedule management,the author made a series of evaluation and research,and introduced methods to accomplish the management and control of project progress.In addition,the project schedule planning economic optimization is also analyzed in this paper.An important part of the construction supervision is to manage and control the project implementation schedule,which not only plays a significant role,but also has a very incomparable position.This paper provides some theoretical reference for the project progress management.
