With the rapid development of economy, consumers have increasingly demand forproducts’ quality diversification or individuation, with the result that there are more andmore wasting electronic communicating products which cannot be treated timely andeffectively. Reverse logistics network is the important way to solve this problem. Whetherthe reverse logistics network is reasonable or not, it is related to the development of economyand human survival environment directly. Therefore, it is urgent problems about what kindof reverse logistics mode to choose and how to establish a highly efficient and reasonablereverse logistics network in the present. This article designs the electronic communicationproducts to the third party reverse logistics network model, through analyzing our country’selectronic communications products and reverse logistics network.In this paper, by using the methods of literature research, qualitative and quantitativecombination, network model, mathematical model, it analyses the third party reverselogistics at present of China’s electronic communications products and network. And wehave constructed the third party reverse logistics network framework and mathematicalmodel which is suitable for the electronic communications product recycling in our country,and have done the numerical simulation for it. The specific research contents include fourparts: first, we have cleared about the meaning and characteristics of waste electroniccommunication products on the basis of electronic communication products and electronicwaste material. And we define the concept of reverse logistics and network, circulareconomy, the supply chain, the third party reverse logistics network and relevant theoreticalbasis. The network model and mathematical model method are also introduced in this paper;Second, this paper points out what factors the third party reverse logistics should take intoaccount to establish electronic communications products, based on analysis the third party reverse logistics electronic communications products and network correlation at presentstage in our country; Then, this paper gives out the third party reverse logistics network ofrecycling subject and the object, process, service function, which contains the recycle bin,detection processing center, build distribution market, waste disposal center of the four levelsof electronic communications products to a third party reverse logistics network frameworkas well as design the network model. All of above was finished by using lingo software forto do numerical simulate; Finally, this paper gives out the conclusion.Through the establishment of electronic communication products to the third partyreverse logistics network model, on the one hand, this paper enriches the existing reverselogistics network system, providing the development of the logistics business with moredirections; On the other hand, this article provides a reference basis to the government orrelevant specification management of waste recycling of electronic communication products,which can help to protect the environment and enhance people’s participation.
