Research On The Planning Of Reverse Logistics Network For Waste Electronic Products

As the ntmber of waste electronic products is increasing,how to handle properly effective for electronic waste has become a hot issue of common concern of all countries in the world,recycling is not only to reduce pollution,protect the environment,but also can help enterprises to reduce raw material inputs,improve the utilization rate of resources,and establish a good corporate image.Reverse logistics is the process of recycling of waste products from the consumer point to the origin,and then detected by recycling,sales and maintenance,material recycling and harmless treatment process,so that these materials to get the right to dispose of and regain value.At present,the Chinese government has begun to pay attention to the reverse logistics of waste electronic products,from the economic,policy and other aspects of regulating reverse logistics operations,but the overall reverse logistics system is still imperfect.Based on the above background,this paper takes the third party recovery enterprises as the main body of recycling,to explore the construction of reverse logistics system.In the research of reverse logistics at home and abroad,the basic meaning of reverse logistics,based on the analysis of the current situation of reverse logistics in China face and problems,to minimize the cost of reverse logistics,profit maximization,the most conducive to protect the environment,to make the customer satisfaction as the goal,the construction of waste electronic products reverse the logistics network model,separately from the mobile phone recycling waste,detection and processing,processing of the three links to the planning of reverse logistics network of waste recycling market,determine the recovery,storage,detection and processing,harmless treatment at four level recovery subject,research on transportation cost cost recovery,occurred between the parties,the operation cost etc.,and the establishment of the logistics balance constraints,the capacity constraint and the scope of variables constrained integer,resulting in reverse logistics of electronic industry of the non linear programming model finally.Taking Henan Province as an example,the collected data are brought into the reverse logistics network model and solved,and the location of logistics facilities in the reverse logistics network planning of Henan province is obtained.
