As the important container in integrating supply chain and improving mechanical andelectrical products logistics eiffciency, the mechanical and electrical products packing activemore in all aspects of modern logistics activities. Along with the mechanical and electricalproducts packing demand irsing, there is a seirous problem: the vast majority of mechanical andelectrical products packing will no longer be recycled. Atfer a simple inspection and maintenancetreatment, the recovery of mechanical and electrical products packing can be put into thesecondary use. Therefore the establishment of machinery and electronic products packing reverselogistics network can not only save the mechanical and electrical products packaging costsavings, also protect forest resources.Based on the theory of reverse logistics, this paper studies the relevant aspects of themechanical and electrical products packing recycling. In order to solve a number of problemsencountered in the process of building mechanical and electrical products packing reverselogistics network. The speciifc contents are as follows:First, this paper summarizes the current theory and research of reverse logistics andreverse logistics network. It also discusses the basic concepts,characteristics and classiifcation ofreverse logistics, reverse logistics network characteirstics and classiifcation of the various typesof networks.Second, this paper introduces the types and characteirstics of mechanical and electricalproducts packaging. On the basis of reading the literatures, it analyzes the recovery status offoreign machinery and electronic products packaging and in-depth analyzed the problems facedby China’s machinery and electronic products packaging recycling.Again, this paper descirbes the mechanical and electrical products packaging reverselogistics network building process. From the mechanical and electrical products packagingreverse logistics network construciton,functional planning and operation mode selection,speciifcally addressed the steps and methods of mechanical and electrical products packagingreverse logistics network construction. Choosing the MILP model to analyze mechanical andelectrical products packaging reverse logistics network construction in Suzhou.Finally, this paper proposes the suggestion of building mechanical and electrical productspackaging reverse logistics network. From the mechanical and electrical products packagingreverse logistics network operating mode selection, established organizational structure,theleasing model building and information systems to build four levels of the analysis, specificationof mechanical and electrical products packaging recycling system and the system proposed to beset up as soon as possible.
