Study On Demond Analysis And Forcasting For Reverse Logistics System Of Electronic Products

The development of the social economy promotes the boom of logistics industry in our country. The reverse logistics which could serve as an important branch of this industry, has became an increasingly motivating impetuses with the economy. In the meantime, considering the vital measurements in terms of environmental protecting and sustainable development that companying with the economic increasing, the reverse logistics system would play a great role in the development with other relevant industries.Electronic products have high attaching value, so the relative reverse logistics system of electronic products also would embody its critical economic value. In addition, the pollution from electronic trashes has become a restricting aspect with this industry, so it is actually necessary to optimize and integrate this system. Thus, the study on demand analysis and forecasting for reverse logistics system of electronic products, which could be seen as a prerequisite of researching the total reverse logistics system, would become the researching topic in this paper.The paper analyzes the basic situation of reverse logistics system of electronic products in China and abroad. Meantime, it also analyzes the present mainstream methods for dealing with the logistics problems about its demand analysis and forecasting as well as the limitation of these approaches. On the basis of some knowledge on this complex system,, the paper provides a blueprint in term of network and operating procedure's designing and then classifies and analyses some relevant aspects of the reverse logistics amounts. By understand the features of items mentioned-above, the paper establish the mathematical model to help calculate the real logistics quantity with this system. Finally, this model is utilized by bring about some survey data from one of Cheng Du's relative companies as well as its consumers and the result could be properly use to prove the scientificity and utility of the method. This paper mainly has some original points as follow:1,combining some electronic products characteristics and several model systems which have been researched and established, this paper establishes the special operating structure and mode about this kind of logistics system.2,In order to establish relevant model to analyses and forecast the logistics quantity, this paper deeply analyses the features of electronic products and relevantly designs adaptable factors which have been connected with reverse logistics system of electronic products.3,this paper establishes demand analysis and forecasting model concerning electronic products' reverse logistics which mainly bases on demanding quantity and reverse products' probability. In addition, this paper gets some calculated data come from applying this kind of model and checks the efficiency of these results.
