M Oil Company Project Management Team Building Research

This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign project management and teammanagement theory; secondly, using the M oil company as an example, analyzed thefive characteristics and management methods, the project management team; then, theX service management station during construction are analyzed; finally, the needle onteam management abilityteam members need to be improved, such as the trainingmechanism,selection of a single mode, the standard is not unified, teamculturemisunderstanding and other issues, put forward to enhance the ability ofteambuilding M Petroleum Company (such as the construction of the project team toestablish smooth communication channels, improve the incentive mechanism,improve the employment mechanism, project team members to strengthen cultureteam building and so on) four countermeasures.
