It is manufacture globalization and market competition intensification that accelerates the competition and cooperation among enterprises. The combination of modern information technology and management technology and their application in the field of manufacture make the interlocal and cross-frontier collaboration among enterprises possible, which provides powerful support for the share and reusage of knowledge, resource, information and process under the environment of distributional manufacture. It increases the competitive capacity of enterprise and promotes the development of manufacturing, at the same time, norms the enterprise activity of both competition and cooperation.Complicated product system industry has extremely important position in the national economy. The specially characterist of complicated product during the process of design and manufacture, such as innovative nature, high risk, high capital plunge, long period and complicated process, etc, require looking for cooperation resources in the world in the process of product development. By building new model cooperation relation, the final formation of product is not the result inside enterprise activities or one isolated process, but the result of multi-enterprise cooperation; It brings up higher request to process management in the process of getting product data, which urges developer to pay more attention to planning and optimization of whole process for product development than getting product data in the process of traditional design. We hope to acquire product data with best quantity and best benefit by sharing enterprise information widely and developing resource cooperation prevalence adequately. This dissertation took the crucial project of Technology Department"ArF quasimolecule photoetching machine of laser and stepping in scanning with 100nm resolution ratio"and the project"application integration platform of micro-electron equip informationalization"of Science and Technology Committee of Shanghai new Pudong district as application and research background, researched the problem faced in the development process and management of complicated product, brought up to research and plan product development process from macroscopic and microcosmic phases, researched deeply into realization principle, support technology and decision-making mechanism of process planning, and constructed the integrated development environment for complicated product development and process planning. The main contents of the dissertation include:At first, researched the basic principle of process planning for complicated product and build the architecture of process planning system. By analyzing and describing interaction and interplay among three key factors, such as product, process and resource which affected product development process, the development process of complicated product was defined and its process model facing to process planning was built up. The development process planning of complicated product was expressed as two phases: one is macroscopic process planning whose kernel is task process modeling; the other is microcosmic process design whose kernel is activity process modeling and optimization.
