Under the dual pressures of the global market competition and customers diverse needs, Collaborative Product Development (CPD) have touched the whole industry on the breadth, and covered every product lifecycle stage in depth. Current product development activities face more severe challenges. As industry chain rapid development, Industry Collaborative Product Development (ICPD), which crosses numbers of companies in different regions, is becoming an inevitable product development trend. ICPD can quickly seize market opportunities, quickly set up the industrial chain collaborative product development teams, assign reasonable product development tasks and the industry chain resources to every company, and enhance their ability to respond quickly to market. Based on the requirement of modern machinery and electronic product development, this thesis deeply studies ICPD theory and its key technologies, including product lifecycle data information management, complex industry chain process modeling and management, workflow changes processing model, rapid product design oriented to product configuration.Firstly, this thesis studies the theory, models and function technologies of ICPD. Base on the anlaysis of the development of industry chain, three important issues of ICPD are introduced:ICPD defination and basic features, ICPD concept model and ICPD collaborative organizational model. The four elements of ICPD concept model are deeply analyzed, including product development process information, product data information, enterprise information and industry chain resource information. And ICPD organizational model is researched from the perspective of status spaces.Secondly, three key supporting technologies of ICPD, including product data management, process management and product configuration model, are deeply researched:1. Product lifecycle data information model based on domain is proposed. It provided an effective theoretical support to ensure the dynamic evolution, integrity, product data sharing, traceability and security for product data information throughout all the life cycles. Product lifecycle data collaborative framework is constructed.2. Product development process in ICPD is complex, hierarchical, distributed and systematic, and it is difficult to design process and manage it well. In the thesis, product development process in ICPD is researched from process modeling, workflow changing and process management. Industry chain collaborative process modeling method is put forward. Workflow changes model based multi-views constraints is discussed, and the corresponding changes treatment method is defined. Hierarchical process management model based three tiers workflow spaces is described.3. The thesis discusses rapid product design implementation mechanism based on product configuration, and proposes two product configuration methods oriented to product concept design and product detail design. Product multi-domain knowledge model is constructed for product concept configuration requirement. The product configuration in ICPD has two types, including the product configuration between companies and product configuration within a company. In order to express completely the product configuration information, product feature-structure configuration model based on part features and assembly structure is defined, and product configuration reasoning algorithm based on CBR and DSCP is put forward.Finally, the realization method of ICPD management platform based on SOA architecture is given. And its key management functions are described. At the same time, the implementations of the above key technologies in some ICPD projects are introduced. |
