| In an enterprise, talents and technologies play a core role in its competition, andthe scientists and technicians of the enterprise mastering the technologies are the mostimportant of its core competition, so the research on the mechanism of inspiring thescientists and technicians naturally becomes the major part of the modernmanagement of human resource. The aerospace industry of science and technology, akey industry related to the national safety, is a significant part of the whole nationaldevelopment strategy, embodying the comprehensive ability of our country. In thepromotion of national economic construction, society development, the establishmentof harmonious society, and the safety defence of our country, realization of nationalunification, the aerospace industry of science and technology also undertakes thesacred and glorious historical mission. The research on how to inspire the scientistsand technicians in the aerospace industry of science and technology, which, at thesame time, is also the aim and significance of this paper, will be of practicalsignificance in stabilizing and mobilizing their initiative in wok, and will bring abouta great pushing action on the development of the aerospace and national defenceindustries of our country.In the first half of the paper, the definition of scientists and technicians in theaerospace industry of science and technology is presented as a basis, on which therelated theories about training and inspiring the scientists and technicians in theaerospace industry of science and technology are summarized, and the specialnecessity for the scientists and technicians in the aerospace industry is also described.Then the generation course of the scientists and technicians in the aerospace industryof science and technology is disclosed with the analysis on the factors affecting thetraining of the scientists and technicians. In the middle part of the paper, theconstruction of the mechanisms for training and inspiring the scientists andtechnicians in the aerospace industry of science and technology is introduced,including the training principles of the scientists and technicians, generationinvestigation and training analysis, as well as the goals of the inspiring mechanism,the principles and mechanism of inspiring the scientists and technicians, and theevaluation system for achievement as an effective tool, and so on. In the last part ofthe paper, a set of training and inspiring mechanisms for the scientists and technicians in the11thacademy of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Corp. isdesigned on the basis of a specific analysis of the present states of the scientists andtechnicians in the11thacademy.The innovative points of this paper exist in disclosing the generation course ofthe scientists and technicians in the aerospace industry of science and technology andconstructing the training and inspiring mechanisms for the scientists and techniciansin the aerospace industry. |
