This paper focuses on the Electric Power Marketing and Professional ElectricalInspection Management, designed to cultivate the talents of electricity consumptioninspectors to optimize business processes for lean management, corporate culturalexploration and practice. It uses standardized electrical operating inspection method asits platform in order to achieve the sustainable development of an electric powerenterprise.This paper reviews the current development of the electric power industrydomestically and internationally, to show the importance of electricity consumptioninspections. It also carries out comprehensive discussion in the areas, which will affectthe working efficiency, service level and economies of scale of the grass-rootsdepartment within an organization, such as general staff quality, design andmanagement of technical training and operational process, user management, customerrelationship management, accident investigation management and businessexpanding/development management.Finally, creating lean management teams,achieving set-positioning and visual management, establishing “three-new”,“two-full”and “one closed-loop” management system is useful as reference of sustainabledevelopment of the electric power enterprise.
