Research On Analysis And Application Of Lean Logistics For Electric Power Company In Tianjin

The electrical industry in China is a basal and public industry which is essential for the national economy and the people's livelihood. The electric power is not only a kind of living resource but also productive resource. It is a very important term for the healthy, steady and durative and rapid development of the civil economy to supply the electric power safely steadily and sufficiently.In 2005, The new development and construction of Binhai new area was launched already. As a chance Tianjin has been moving to a rapidly developing stage. As a basal industry, the investment of the permanent assets and the engineering construction reach a historical level. It causes a great demand of the resource. On the other hand, it is also a new trial for the logistic management of the electric power.The article is based on the summary of the developing actuality of the civil electrical industry and the status of electrical resource. The article introduces the basic theory and the developing trend of the modern logistic system thoroughly. Then the article elaborates the developing process of the resource supply of Tianjin Electric Company and the analysis of some problems. We realize that the leaks of the management of the logistic supply are on the rise with the large scale's construction of the electric industry. So we should take some new thoughts of management to improve and promote. Aim at the problems of engineering supplies existence waste, the stock take up the fund, purchasing cost on a high level, the article makes a research about the excelsior stock the management of the suppliers and the minimum stocks based on the Lean Logistics. On the other hand, the Lean Logistics is also the base of the ERP system.The Lean Logistics is just an improvement of some individual electric companies. It does not make the whole logistic management of the electric company as a whole. It is very difficult to realize the integrated logistic industry if we take the logistic management of the electric company into a systemic management. Modern logistic management demands a cooperation of the engineering management system, capital management system and financial management system. It can be realized only under ERP system. The article introduces some ERP theories and the essential points and advantages of ERP system in chapter five. Finally, the article introduces some essential points in the process of the realization of the logistic management in ERP system based on the conclusion of all kinds of lessons difficulties and experiences of other electric companies.
