In the modern enterprise management, cultural management,become a effective way to promote enterprise development, become the development trend of enterprise management. In Chinese traditional culture represented by Confucianism, Taoism thought, the Buddhist thought, which influence the development of Chinese society is in the development of Chinese society and the new era feature fusion, become a part of the Chinese characteristics. With the development of management science, culture management become the trend of modern enterprise to adapt to the social and economic development. Hangzhou electric power is advancing unceasingly to the intensive management. Within "3I5G" system construction of the State Grid, marketing system institution change is one of the biggest. To deal with the fusion of culture management and marketing, business management, implementation by business oriented changes to the customer oriented marketing management is of great significance State Grid actively promote enterprise culture construction, company management gradually enter the process of cultural management. Due to the specific history of electric power enterprises, culture management become a new topic for the marketing management system. In the modern enterprise management, cultural management become a effective way to promote enterprise development, become the development trend of enterprise management. Culture management is based on cultural concept lead, cover people with cultural psychology, physiology, the reality and the characteristics of history, form a people-centered management thoughts. Therefore, the implementation of the cultural management on the one hand, want to combine the characteristics of the traditional culture, on the other hand, the management system of set also need to be adapted to cultural management, interaction and cultural communications with management path is a part of cultural management.The main purpose of this paper is to provide valuable references for Hangzhou based on culture management, the electric power marketing management system, through the analysis of the cultural management related factors.
