With the constantly effect of advanced international power markets and in-depth reform of domestic electricity system, the survival and development of power enterprises are facing huge challenges. In opening up new electricity market and further constructing reforms, with growing competition in the market of power supply, the power companies need more scientific system of self-improvement. Power marketing audit is a major part of the power marketing aspects’mechanisms of internal control and restraint, which isan important part and effective way of power marketing risk management. In centralized monitoring and auditingthe marketing key indicators, quality of work, quality of service, we can accomplish the objective of regulate marketing practices, loopholes, tapping the potential synergies, improve marketing policy execution.First, we described the background and significance of the power marketing management audit, and introduced the background and significance of the power marketing management audit in brief. Second, according to the current domestic electricity marketing inspection features, we choosed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the evaluation method. Then analised the problem of demostic power marketing audit management after companngand summarizing the status of domestic and international power marketing inspection. Third, by using SMART principle we builded the power maketing audit indicator systemwhich is divided into seven respects as business expanding, electricity tariff management, electrical inspection, measurement management. Then further sort out the main features of every audits’major sub-work and its indicators. Based on the above work, we established the power enterprise marketing audits’comprehensive evaluation model with complexing the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, choosing Yanshan Power Company as the research subjects, we designedthe marketing audit evaluation system based on its characteristics after analizing the characters and problems of marketing audit, then made a number of recommendations for improving the marketing audit work, and analized the applicationaleffectiveness of the Yanshan power company marketing auditmanagement project evaluation system.
