Electric power marketing inspection is an important part of marketing, which avoids errors in marketing and loophole in enterprise management, and maintains the order of power consumption. The inspection not only protects customers’ interests, but also improve enterprises’ internal management and work efficiency. Nowadays, for the reason that marketing monitoring resources are not integrated, and audit subject’s failing to cover whole business, auditing business is often carried out with delay, making power supply companies suffer from serious economic losses. Therefore, it’s necessary to integrate monitoring resources and strengthen marketing audit control, thus to establish an overall marketing audit pattern and management system, and create an overall business model and standardized business process. With an integrated and efficient marketing audit surveillance system, power supply enterprises may find a way to eliminate defects in audit monitoring system and monitoring resources, so as to improve efficiency of process control for key link and index.Taking Langfang Power Supply Company(LPSC) as study object, this paper makes analysis on present situation, design and application of the marketing audit and monitoring system. Based on analysis of marketing audit situation both domestic and abroad, the paper points out all defects as following:audit module has no interface with other systems, which leads to disadvantage of monitoring theme and failure of real-time business monitoring. Besides, the system has other defects, such as lack of function of statistical analysis, complication of monitoring interface, as well as difficult in operation. Therefore, the paper after the requirement analysis and feasibility analysis, model of marketing audit monitoring system design.First optimize the system business requirements, system design, data flow and the overall framework of system design, the final detailed design of the function of the system and process. After system applications will be able to solve various problems existing in the original audit work, and is widely applied in marketing and other professional. The application of marketing audit monitoring system can also bring a power supply enterprise management and economic benefits.Electric power marketing inspection monitoring system realizes the monitoring resources integration, and realizes the real-time, centralized auditing monitoring on marketing and customer service, expanding the marketing audit up in scope and depth. With the system, the quality of overall marketing business and internal management is improved, bringing considerable economic benefits for power supply companies. In a word, the construction of marketing audit monitoring system is imperative.
