At present, the success rate of new product launch in BS Company is not high, and theability of new product planning change to successful products is weak. In order to solve thisproblem, BS company constantly adjust the new product lunch project model and and try touse the latest achievements in theoretical research, but work out very little effect. Aftercareful research and analysis, the author thinks that the main reason for BS company newproduct project low success rate is they can not fully arouse the enthusiasm of cooperationwith other departments, especially at the early stages of new product launch period. Iftraditional decision-making method is used in the early stage that will make BSLP newproduct launch whole process be controlled by marketing department, and other departmentswith little contribution. In that way, it is not good for the coordinate of departments or makingdecisions efficiently enough in BSLP new product launch project.Based on the above concern, this thesis focuses on the study of early stage new launchproduct project. One result of this thesis is to build up early stage of BSLP new productlaunch decision model based on interface management. This thesis effectively solved theproblem of ordering and selection, which enables BSLP new product launch plan decisionmore effective and efficient, and in order to enprove BSLP new product success rate andefficiency.The thesis consists of four parts, which including the analysis of BSLP organizationstructure and new product launch process, a study on BSLP interface management, an earlystage new product launch model based on interface management and the application in BSLPproject. The early stage new product launch model study includes BSLP organizationoperation process model study and decision making model study. After fully considerate ofdifferent stage goals, we built up BSLP decision making model. We adopt hierarchicalanylysis for the assignment of evaluators’ subjective weights; we use fuzzy evaluation methodin internal information summary and selection; we use group decision to summarize plans ofdifferent department and their ordering; we use PERT for the analysis of the assessment andvalue judging of intra-department plan; we use linera programming to analyze crossdepartment BSLP new product launch plan.After the integration of the characteristics at early phase of BSLP new product launchand a reasonable model were put forward with the combination of interface management. Onthis basis, we showed the application of our model and made objective assessment of it. Wehope this study can provide a new perspective for the decition making of BSLP new product launch. Also we want to provide some valuable insights for the establishment of decisionsupporting system in BSLP new product launch process. |
