Constructional Intelligent system integration is a new field of engineering.Due to the complex system,technical complexity,the different professional division and objectives,it leads to a large amount of interface issues of the different parties involved in the project implementation and after-sales stages.With the development of the industry and progress of the science and technology,to meet the customers' demands of high-level system integration is becoming a future strategic business development goal of the system integration companies.In this thesis,the author takes a view as an intelligent systems integrator to analyze the interface issues of the operation and maintenance project management in the constructional intelligent integration field.It aims at resolving the inconsistence,obstacles and disputes between interfaces,promoting better communication,taking the initiative to actively manage the relationship between the system interfaces,coordinating the interaction factors.The thesis summarizes the characteristics of operation and maintenance service project in the field of constructional intelligent system integration.It starts from the view of an intelligent systems integrator to research the importance of interface management on the success of a project and the task of management interface,and to expatiate on the influence of the interface management on improving the service quality,improving the customer satisfaction.It gives four examples of typical operation and maintenance project at different stages of a famous company in East China,starting from the empirical,to analyze the interface management of the operation and maintenance project on the internal service department level.The research method of this thesis is to work on a number of successful cases in the operation and maintenance service project in the field of constructional intelligent system integration,to draw a list of WBS,to determine the optimized workflow;using exhaustive method to work out the interfaces between the various units,anatomize the interface problem generated between units,and to propose the solutions.The conclusion of this thesis is to establish the responsibility matrix of the operation and maintenance service project,clarify the job responsibilities,to develop an operation and maintenance management software,to solve the interface management problems in the application of self-developed information management tools,and to enhance the service quality,quantify the performance assessment,optimize the interface management.Interface problem is a key problem that should be firstly resolved in project management.Till now the researches in the field of interface problem mainly focus on the project entity structure,design and contracts both at home and abroad.But the creativity of this article is combining the typical case of this industry and the author's personal service experience;using the tools and methods of project management to analyze the interface problem and bring forward the solution;and designing the informational system to manage the operation and management of the project and to improve the service level.Besides the summarization of the solutions to the interface problem in the operation and management of the service project itself,the author also analyzes the tasks and responsibilities of all the service related parties in the project execution;enumerates the contradiction from different interest groups in three levels of companies,departments and internal service department in system integration company's after-sales service;summarizes the list of responsibilities and gives the solutions to interface management problems such as contract management problem,information management problem and etc.
