Research On Interface Management Of Agent-construction Project

Agent-construction model is a kind of innovation of our government on project management mode,it's implement and promotion has greatly improved the management level and management benefit on our country's non-business government investment projeces.As a new kind of project management pattern,the agent-construction model makes interface problems originally belong to the government department internal externalized into interface problems between the relevant government departments,the agent-construction,contractors and other cooperate-building subjects,the contract interface and organizational interface of agent-construction model have also changed greatly compared to the traditional mode.But interface problems are usually the key factor that leds to low efficiency of project management,even the failure of many projects.To gurantee the integrating and synergy of the agent-construction project's operation.This thesis makes use of the basic theory of interface management and combined with the characteristic of agent construction model, puts forward the research purpose and research significance of the interface management of agent-constrution project;explore the causes of construction project's various interface and there interelation,at last cames up with the mutual logical relationship model of physical interface,contract interface and organizational interface;comes up with the idea to improve the management level of the agent-construction project physical interface by two way—Work Breakdown Structure,inhance the technical interface management,and this thesis has also proceeded in-depth research;Composited with the characteristics of the four agent-construct contract modes,this thesis has explored what kind of contracting mode will be much more better for the different specific kinds of agent-construction model's contract interface management;Comes up with many specific strategies on how to improve the management level of agent-construction project's organization interface, just like the flat design of organization structure,inhance the optimization and innovation of management mode and so on;At last,use one agent-construction project as example,expound how to realize the effective control and optimization of interface management.
