Offering new products has been the important way to intercept the competitors, enlarge the market share and raise the profit.This thesis takes the market current situation, the development of beverage industry and the impact from the world famous companies entering China into consideration, and combining the current situation of Meiqi company with the theories of new product launch and the fundamental theories of marketing makes a suitable plan of new product launch for Meiqi company.Firstly, in this thesis, through studying the correlative theory of new product launch, according to the situations of beverage industry and the company the key works from new product launch to controlling are planned, and the work standard and key performance index. are established.Secondly, the marketing management of new product launch is studied.Lastly, according to the beverage industry development characteristics and market environment-changing trend, the development direction is pointed out.
