Erp Design Process Management-based Small And Medium-sized Printing Companies, Development And Application

Considering the particularity of the domestic small and medium-sized printing enterprises, this paper bases on the concept of process management and adopts the rapid development capabilities platform, the .NET platform and .NET component technology, to provide a fast and efficient way for designing and developing the small and medium-sized printing enterprise ERP system. By implementing the system, enterprises can achieve effective management and business processes scheduling and actualize the informationization of the enterprise management.China is a large printing country with more than 80,000 printing enterprises, and the number of small and medium-sized enterprises accounts for the majority of total. But the proportion of the informationization is less than 5 percent which indicates a long way to go for the fulfillment of the informationization of this filed.The traditional ERP system is a function oriented affairs conduction system which provides strong business conduction ability for workers. However, the traditional ERP system is lack of the effective control and management to business processes and much of business in the system are conducted offline. Such deficiencies will exclude business leaders outside of the system, increase the risk of system implementation and operating costs and reduce the office efficiency and standardization of the business process management.Based on the reasons stated above, this paper strives for a quick and effective system development methodology to achieve the efficient business process management for the small and medium-sized printing enterprise by system implementation. The study methods are as follows:Based on the business process management concept, the paper adopts the key technologies such as the role-based rights management, the real-time affairs reminding and the identity proofed of digital signature and process approving to achieve efficient management of the business process,Identifying and optimizing the enterprise business processes by business process analysis, the key business unit is identified in this paper.Adopting the rapid development capability platform, the .NET platform and its component technology, this paper completes the components design and encapsulation of the key business unit.According to the actual situation of the enterprise and the business process management method, this paper has fulfilled the business processes configuration and operation of the system.This paper relies on the Chengdu Tel-Print Co., LTD ERP system (TP-ERP) development project and the value of the methodology adopted in this paper has been confirmed by the implementation of the system. Through the successful implementation in the Chengdu Tel-print Co., LTD, the TP-ERP system brings the effective management of company's business processes, improves the office efficiency and the company's market reaction speed.
