The Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Home Care Services Provided For The Aged For City Of Jinan

With the acceleration of population aging, the workload of pension service center is also increasing, which makes more and more emerging pension service forms arise constantly. The improvement of pension service in Ji’nan City and the growing maturity of the Internet technology provides a great convenience for household pension, in particular, the Internet + policy accelerates the pace of pension services development from the traditional way to the emerging internet. On the other hand, the traditional management mode of the existing pension service center in Ji’nan has been difficult to adapt to the timely and efficient information management needs. Based on the present situation of Ji’nan, this paper designed and implemented a household pension service management information system, in order to provide more convenient and efficient management mode for the aged service personnel in Ji’nan.Based on the system’s actual situation, we first carried out the system architecture design, using the current more popular Web application open source framework SSH (Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3) to improve the system’s reusability. Secondly, the system uses MVC (model+view+controller) design pattern, in the network structure model using the browser / server mode, in the background of the database using Server2014 SQL to ensure the security of the system’s data information.According to the actual situation of the elderly service center in Ji’nan, the functional architecture of the system is obtained after the full investigation of the related services. The system has realized various business requirements at the beginning of the system design in the function, and for different roles using the system, such as data reporting staff, the agents and system administrators, etc. has the corresponding function and corresponding authority. System includes system setting function, file management function, business acceptance function, pension voucher management function. System setting includes data dictionary, system setting and management function three parts; file management includes the old people file management, pension institutions file management and volunteers file management; business acceptance is responsible for management of system involved business, which is composed of the old business, institutional business, active care and sending single charge four business; pension voucher management is a series of management activities for the life cycle of pension vouchers, that is, the generation of pension vouchers, pension vouchers distribution / pension vouchers activation, pension vouchers issued, pension vouchers exchange.The development of the system has realized the paperless office for work personnel, reduced the cost of the service center, reduced the workload of the pension service management staff, and improved the office efficiency of the management staff. Using system has brought great convenience to the life of the elderly, and it will make the life quality of the elderly in this city significantly improve. In summary, the development of the system has important and far-reaching significance for the pension service industry in Ji’nan.
