The Design And Implementation Of Community Care Management Platform

With the popularity of smart phones,3G services and the development of LTE applications,mobile O2 O business,has changed all the traditional services.It integrates and utilizes the resources of the service provider,expands the service space that the service can reach,realizes the leaping of different industries,and conforms to the goal that it pursues.The old-age business is a totally traditional business,especially the community pension,has been the social problem country need to solve.The purpose of this paper is to help those who are actively involved in the pension service,establish and integrate their own professional team,the use of modern communication services,service providers,service recipients and service beneficiaries closely connected together.In this platform,the pension system uses the mobile service(mobile phone APP,WeChat,SMS,etc.)to establish the channel of service providers and service beneficiaries,so that the order,old people`s body assessment,pension plan,complaints and other business conducted an effective integration,so that the entire service process to complete smoothly of the online.The paper introduces the urgent social problem of the community pension,developed a detailed business solution.The design of the logic model and the structure of the program are described in detail,and the structure of the system and the function division of the module are properly expounded.It provide the detailed design of the core module and the implementation.At the same time,the paper also describes the system testing process,including the unit test and the intergration test.The results show that the developed community pension management platform can meet the business needs of the old-age service providers.It provides useful experience for traditional pension information construction.
