In the new media era, media convergence is the most important direction of the the media development. Context is an important approach of fusion of TV media and the Internet industry convergence as bridge value of traditional media and new mediaContext, comes from the film, refers to the art scene, also to the situation. In the new media era, the significance of the context is changed: the essence of the communication of new media is services based on the context; context not only is the practice space of media, but has collusion with rich relation of communication and social life situation, also is from the cognitive style of space dimensions of perceived media production. Context became the focus in the new media era, the media, and the new context presented and different characteristics.Context analysis apart from element of space, time, the user and their behavior and demand, and contact frequency and dependence are the important standard which divided context to different items.TV media face of context crisis, should actively interact with new media context, and timely integration of resources, establish advantage; also it have to rely on the emerging context in the media convergence-- the transition from content producers to service providers. I believe that through technical service access, implantation and culture into the way to construct the "Internet + TV" context, in order to achieve the integration and transformation of TV media.
