The development of the network provides a convenient communication channels for the public discourse expression, and the new media continues to play a rapid dissemination of information and public opinion guidance features, which making it an important medium for dissemination of government discourse and crisis management. However, due to information asymmetry, and the lack of timely response to the demands of the people and clear, lead to appear blocked between officials and the public.After a hot news event occurred, it lingered without a break, but discussions about the news events still continue. Even if the authorities publish information of public opinions, they also fail to bring about a end to the events, on the contrary,which maybe fuel a wider debate and doubt, and even leads to "secondary public opinion".As a result, the news hitting phenomenon appears.Not only does "News hitting" phenomenon reflect the complicated online public opinion communication, but also reflect the process of interaction and game playing between officials and the public under dual discourse space. Therefore, this article tries to select "My dad is Li Gang" incident, "Smiling Secretary" event and "Qing’an shooting" incident as samples from so many public opinion hotspot events, in order to explore hidden propagation of "news hitting" phenomenon under the double discourse perspective and the road of cracking.This paper will combine the case study method and text analysis method, dissect the development of news events. With the help of dual discourse space framework analysis code table,this paper will conclude and analysis the different presentation between the official discourse and the public discourse in the face of public opinion show events, as well as reflect on the reason of "news hitting " phenomenon, and find out the crack Road of "News Hitting" phenomenon, and propose countermeasures from the government, the media, the Internet users in three angles.This paper through the above study found that the process of news hitting is mainly divided into the following four stages: microblogging users questioned, media focus of follow-up,exposure centralization get together, label typification. The development of new media platforms,the lost of government credibility and the spiral escalation of the public opinions become the main power and process performance of the "news hitting" phenomenon. Gaze at the "news hitting" phenomenon, and we will find that the government information publicity is a prerequisite for its public opinion guidance, and it is a necessary means for the government strengthening the monitoring of public opinion and responding effectively to the crisis timely. For news media,active agenda setting and accurate public opinion guiding will play a significant role in enhancing the credibility of the government and cracking rumors circulated. For Internet users,saying goodbye to network farewell carnival and expressing public opinions demands in a rational attitude are important means for fighting for their rights and maintaining their rights, but not to spread their demands by news hitting in a hurry.
