Research On The Internet Secondary Public Opinion In The Double Discourse Space

The Internet has developed rapidly in China for more than 30 years.During this period,the cyberspace has gradually become a "fermentation field" for public opinion,the information acquisition capability and dissemination capability of the Internet users have been improved.However,the capability of Internet public opinion in local government failed to keep up with the pace of high-speed innovations of information technology in the mobile Internet era.In recent years,the secondary crisis of Internet public opinion caused by the local government's wrong solutions have occurred one after another,which has not only affected social stability,but also led to a serious decline in the credibility of local governments and the mass media.The issue of Internet secondary public opinion has gradually become a hot topic of concern and discussion among Chinese scholars.From the perspective of the dual discourse space,this paper adopts text analysis,case analysis and other research methods,combined with related theories of crisis management,public relations,etc.,and research how the government should cope with the Internet secondary public opinion,the relations between dual discourse space and Internet secondary public opinion,etc.This paper consists of introduction and four chapters.The first chapter focuses on the concept,factors and causes of Internet secondary public opinion,analyzes the composition and characteristics of dual discourse space in China,summarizes the three characteristics of the Internet secondary public opinion,namely,dormant and hard to guard against,fluctuating-and easy to shift and irrational bias of viewpoints.The second chapter leads into three incidents of recent years,"8.12 explosion of dangerous goods warehouses in Tianjin","4.3 Yitel incident" and "4.1 death of a students in Taifu Middle School",analyzes the evolutionary process and sort out the Internet secondary public opinion of the Internet public opinion.The third chapter adopts the "framework analysis" method to explore the differences in the construction of dual discourse space issues of the three incidents.Via the interaction and game phenomena in the dual discourse space,analyzes the relationship between the dual discourse space and the Internet secondary public opinion,points out that the"dialogue" between official discourses and unofficial discourses plays a decisive role in the formation,outbreak and elimination of Internet secondary public opinion.The game intensification in the dual discourse space will lead to the phenomenon of"dialogue failure",manifested as "absent aphasia-criticism","closed control-disclosure","delayed procrastination-criticism","understatement-disgust","one-way mission-conflict".The five basic models are the direct cause of the formation of Internet secondary public opinion.The fourth chapter introduces Bakhtin's "dialogue" theory,combining the main stages of formation and development of Internet secondary public opinion,and sums up the relevant revelations of the official discourse subject to the Internet secondary public opinion.
