A Study On The Evolution Mechanism Of Public Discourse Right From The Perspective Of Universal Communication

Internet in China is related to China’s social transition closely. It reflect various social symptoms. From the beginning, it develops along with the original social structure and social organization, and then it builds a new social significance and social relations. High-tech and informatization is the theme of our times. As new media, the Internet technology and communication technology have influenced Chinese society for a long time. However, with the masses’ transform from ordinary individuals to the social public in the identity, new media is reflecting the change in the nature of human relations attributes- communication. Impulsing by the awareness of citizens, communication with contemporaneity and participated by all people appears. The birth and evolution of the public voice are important symbols of the media change.The word generally exists in the form of different things and reflects the objective law of how things happen and develop.
