The Realistic Predicament And Resolvent Of The Mode Of Crisis Communication In Our Country

In the 1980 s, Ulrich Beck first proposed ‘Risk Society’ theory, who believes that human has entered into a risk society with a normal state of crisis, global risks and crisis which were led by industrial civilization practice are bringing the serious threats on human’s survival and development.In spite of risk society, mediated society is also one of the characteristics that under the era when dealing with the current crisis communication. Along with the deepening extent of social media, media has not only experienced self-risks, but also expand or twist risks, and become risk booster.Under the muti-function of risk society, mediated society and social transformation period,more social risks have been existing in China, and crisis communication is also with new environment and requests.After 2003, academic circle in China has started to conduct systemic research on crisis management and communication. Through 10 decades developing, with the endeavor of a group of outstanding scholars, crisis communication has made some accomplishments in China. However, the current crisis communication research focus more on events, and administrative strategy research, devoting to providing good ideas, but lacking of social and cultural critical reflection. In practice, from the central to local, we have currently build a series of crisis mechanism including conference speaker, public opinion guidance and crisis warning, but crisis has also been existing, with sharp social contradictions and decrease government credibility, the guidance of public opinion is getting hard.Under the influence of structural functionalism research orientation, researches of the mode of crisis communication in China also showed the following characteristics:strategy, purpose,cybernetics, binary opposition, etc.In this kind of crisis communication practice under the guide of the theoretical model is also faced with many realistic predicament.The current research attempts to jump out the logic of structural functionalism,starting from the research orientation of constructivism,build the model of crisis communication of social interaction,no organization centered, not for the purpose of strategy,from the social interaction of the individual and social structure of spread to examine the crisis transmission scenario,in order to offer theoretical reference for the management of crisis communication in our country.
