| China is entering the era of "risk society",and how to deal with the threats and crises that accompany rapid economical and technological development as well as globalization is increasingly becoming a major dilemma of modernization in contemporary China.Health communication is closely bound up with human life.Depending on its unique advantage,Wechat accounts has become an important way of health communication.It is playing a considerable role on health education,health intervention and health promotionThe combination of a risk society and the theory and practice of health communication is therefore necessary in studying the newly emerged changes and characteristics of health communication from the perspective of a risk society in contemporary China.Furthermore,existing problems and reasons may be explored and theoretical principles and corresponding strategies summarized,in hopes of giving full play to the social function of New Media health communication and providing strategic reference for responding to risks scientificallyFirst of all,the study elaborates the theories and practice of risk society and health communication.Then according to scientific and reasonable sampling rules,the author selected 14 Health Communication Wechat accounts and collected their full-text data including the number of articles,page views,topics original situation and content sources,which is the basis of the empirical analysis.Case study aiming at some hot topic has also been conductedThe study found that there are 6 main problems existing in current new media communication,which makes new media fail to be effective in health communication.Then the author discussed the reasons of underlying risks and strategies about how to relieve risks.Finally,this paper concludes the full text,analyzing the problems of the thesis and the development directionThe paper show the health communication study a new way,and is also useful for contemporary China to responding to risks scientifically. |
