With the rapid development of computer technology and the popularity of the Internet, most enterprises have got rid of the traditional low efficiency, complex manual office mode, using all kinds of modern office equipment and office automation system(Automation Office, referred to as OA) to fast, comprehensive, efficient processing, sorting, storage, processing of various office information, so as to better work, share information, scientific decision-making, improve office efficiency.At present, most of the higher vocational colleges have different levels of development, use of the characteristics and needs of the office automation system.. And the Career Academy(BVCT) is still in the primary stage of the office automation products, which hinders the efficiency of the school’s daily office, which affects the management and development of the school. In this paper, the BVCT office automation system is developed from the view of BVCT, the development strategy and the actual needs.This Thesis first discusses the concept, development and related technology of office automation, especially the ASP technology, IIS technology and database technology, etc., the research of Server Windows 2003 IIS 6 system platform, B/S system architecture and Server SQL 2000 database. On this basis, according to the principle of software engineering and software engineering process, the BVCT office automation system as a whole solution and extract the system user login, file management, content management, information platform, conference management and bulletin board six major functional modules are detailed needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. System development of the initial application and stage results, a better solution to the Institute of teaching staff and college leaders to send, receive and search, news, announcements, notice the release and reading, conference room management, teaching information exchange and query, personnel, equipment files to add, delete and query and other work, improve the work efficiency.
