Network information technology provides significant opportunities for the development of modern agriculture. The agriculture of our country is in the period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Network information technology will play a unique important role in the comprehensive practice of this changing. In dealing with the needs of agriculture production processing, the automatic production of bean sprouts as an example, the paper proposes a design of monitoring system of automatic production based on CAN-BUS by the use of computer, automation, communication and network technologies.According to the typical production process of bean sprouts production, the paper studies the key technologies of intelligent sensor design, bus communication, HMI and data processing and sharing in the process of the bean soaking, hatching, peeled and storage. The main contents include:The MCU as the core, with the design of intelligent sensor node, each production process of bean sprouts is integrated with sensing, computation, execution and communication abilities. According to the production process requirements, the paper studies the methods of signal acquisition, processing for temperature, humidity, liquid level, position and fault information, provides the specific programming realization. According to the requirements of control and communication, the paper realizes the software and hardware design of the CAN-BUS interface, using the independent CAN controller chips and the standard bus interface UART.Through the CAN-BUS interface, the monitoring system of bean sprouts is designed based on virtual instrument software. The intelligent sensor mounted on the CAN-BUS, is connected with the main control computer as a sub-network system. The network realizes the information exchange between monitoring computer and the network node by the use of the CAN-BUS adapter, supervising the process parameters of each node to control the operation of devices. The HMI design of monitoring system of bean sprouts production based on LabVIEW, realizing the real-time monitoring of production process parameters, curve display, historical data query and statistics, data sharing function. At the same time, according to the requirements of production process optimization of bean sprouts, the paper proposes a temperature paremeter adjustment scheme based on fuzzy control, in order to achieve the best output.The test results show that, the system can effectively collect bean sprouts production site data and monitor the production status, also has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, easy to expand and so on. The research results of this paper have reference value to improve the degree of automation of the agriculture production processing. At the same time,it has certain economic benefits and social benefits.
