Wireless sensor network is distributed to a large number of independent nodes and gateways for wireless sensor networks. Randomly distributed in different locations of wireless sensor nodes continuously collect all kinds of information with the outside world, such as temperature, vibration, sound and so on. Wireless sensor networks appear and seventies of last century, it was first used in U.S. military projects. After thirty years of development, wireless sensor networks have been turning to civilian use, in agriculture, environmental monitoring, rivers, health care, and intelligent direction of the built environment have a more and more applications. Wireless sensor networks for its superior characteristics of wired networks, in some special industrial environment, but also playing an increasingly important role. Currently available in the industrial control environment, there are a large number of wired field bus, is widely used. In the economic and practical purposes, research for industrial control environment of wired and wireless hybrid industrial control network technology is very necessary. Both wired and wireless hybrid network can make up for lack of a wired network, but also give full play to the advantages of wireless networks.Note that you need to lift, access and process a variety of wireless nodes to collect physical information and real time monitoring information is the successful application of wireless sensor network key. Monitoring software can access the network from the gateway physical data, analyze data, and can view the historical data, through the monitoring software, users can easily manage the network operating conditions. This design study which is based on C/S communication mode to the latest release of Labview2010 NI design tools, multi-threading and modular design concept of the wireless sensor network monitoring software. In this paper, the national 863 projects:network control for the process industries wired/wireless heterogeneous network integration (number:2007AA04Z174) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China:Industrial control for wired/wireless network architecture and its multi-protocol conversion Time Properties (ID: 60974097,60904016) as the background, the monitoring software development background, the development of software used Language and related functions, described in detail the various functional modules and the software to program analysis, and finally build a platform in the laboratory, the dynamic display data on the software and view the function of history were tested, the results showed that: based on wireless sensor network monitoring software that displays real-time wireless sensor networks, dynamic data and historical data to accurately locate the user interface intuitive to understand, the software is simple and stable performance.
