In recent years, the development and application of 3D printing technology have brought unprecedented pressures to traditional manufacturing industry and caused new significant changes in product development, material preparation, service mode, etc. With the rapid development of cloud computing, Internet of things, computer and other emerging technologies, there appears the 3D printing cloud service platform which is an online platform to provide diversified services for users and 3D printing industry. Hardware resource access allows users to browse device, monitor process and schedule resources reasonably on the 3D printing cloud service platform. However, due to the diversity of 3D printing device and the complexity of access technology, the current 3D printing cloud service platform can not yet support the access of hardware resource. Therefore, it is significant to study the device access system based on the 3D printing cloud service platform.Firstly, the 3D printing device access system is analyzed from three aspects of system feasibility, user requirements and system requirements. The feasibility of the device access system is verified from four aspects of time, economy, technology and operation. The user requirements are obtained through the questionnaire survey. The software system requirements are top-down decomposed according to the system business process up to the bottom layer by layer using structured analysis method, and the analysis results are showed on the structured analysis tool of data flow diagram, Finishing the function structure of the device access system.Secondly, the 3D printing cloud service platform device access system design is completed. Under the aim of device access system, To these four function module of basic information module, device management module, image acquisition module, video acquisition module, and the functions of each module, the function design is separated. Then though relationship workflow, contact with each function in a single module, and drawing the function flow chart. Using C# programming language and development tool of Studio Visual 2013, the system is developed by the functions of these four modules. Duo to the limited space of this thesis, Only part of the UI design is given.Finally, the device access system of 3D printing cloud service platform is tested. Selecting the outgoing UPmini rapid prototyping machine of Beijing Tiertime Technology Co., Ltd as the 3D printing device and integrating the cloud service platform with the device access system, the four functional modules of the system are tested and by which the main system functions are verified. The test results show that the device access system is simple and reliable in operation.
