Cloud Print is a new technology that connects your printers to the web. Cloud Printworks on your PC,phone, tablet and any other web-connected device you want to printfrom.This paper mainly study on designing and achieving of communicating system ofphone by cloud print service system. Through on Android application developmentand WiFi mechanism of in-depth research, it achieved for base on Android operatingsystem of phone user.
