In the context of Cloud Manufacturing(CMfg),the integration of traditional manufacturing technologies and high-tech technologies such as industrial Internet,Internet of Things,sensors,and cloud computing has accelerated the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Modern manufacturing shop floors are gradually becoming digital,informatized,cloud-based,and intelligent.In this context,the traditional way of manually recording manufacturing data is no longer sufficient to meet the needs of cloud manufacturing execution.Therefore,manufacturing companies urgently need to carry out information upgrading and upgrading of manufacturing equipment.However,the types and models of devices in the shop floor require a customized information system to achieve real-time collection and sharing of manufacturing data,making it difficult to form a unified manufacturing equipment integration solution.Therefore,this paper proposes a new model of devices service encapsulation and cloud access based on agent technology for the cloud-based access requirements of cloud manufacturing execution systems for devices.This topic uses Agent technology to service the packaging of the manufacturing equipment to realize the collection of on-site manufacturing data,and uses the lightweight service invocation framewor k based on WebClient to realize Manufacturing data sharing.Firstly,in view of the problem of manufacturing enterprise's on-site manufacturing data collection,the new mode utilizes the agent-based device service to implement service encapsulation of different types of devices,and utilizes message queues to realize uncoupled integration of devices access services and manufacturing execution cloud platforms.As a bridge for data interaction between MES and devices,the based-agent service of devices integration is a possible basis for ensuring data interaction between devices and upper management systems.The agent-based service of devices enable plug-and-play devices service packaging and cloud access.Secondly,aiming at the complex data interaction between agent-based service of devices and fusion service of data or third party,which will lead to the problem of data sharing,this paper designs and implements a WebClient-based declarative service call framework.The declarative service invocation framework provides a RESTful service resource invocation method based on the HTTP protocol to implement lightweight information communication between the agent-based service of devices and the fusion service of data.The declarative service invocation method only needs to provide a corresponding RESTful interface according to the service resource for the service provider.For the service consumer,they need to use HTTP client which has encapsulated the connection information of remote service resource to call manufacturing data.This paper uses the agent-based fusion service of devices to realize the service encapsulation and access of different types and types of devices,and realizes the cloud access of devices by means of message queue.This plug-and-play service package access mode of devices greatly satisfies the information transformation and upgrading of shop floor for medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
