3D printing is a technology which mixes the precise digital technology,the repeatability of factory and free design.It liberated the creativity and manufacturing capacity of human.The Internet + 3D printing is making the personalization more convenient.3D printing will come into the era of 020 and meet the demand of terminal customers with the help of 3D printing cloud platform.Cloud platform can also make the Internet and 3D printing closer and closer.This paper build a customization-oritented 3D printing cloud platform and studied the key technology of 3D printing cloud platform.Firstly,the architecture and the way to realize core functions of cloud platform were described in detail.On the basis of demand analysis,this paper put forward the system architecture and function partitioning of cloud platform.And the core modules,which contain user management module,model management module and task scheduling optimization module,were described respectively.This paper also deeply analyzed methods to realize these functions which contain identification of repeat models,the three-demensional display of models.Secondly,we analyzed the modeling method of the equipment resource and the printing task as well as method to determine the key parameters in the ontology model.From the six dimensions,which are service information,basic information,status information,function information,upper computer information and evaluation information,equipment resource ontology model was established.From the four dimensions,which are service information,basic information,status information,demand information,printing task ontology model was established.And this paper described the process to determine the key parameters in the ontology task model from the microcosmic view and macroscopic view.Thirdly,on the basis of research on task and resource ontology model,this paper studied the optimal scheduling method of cloud printing tasks.After analyzing the popular matching algorithms of tasks and resources and considering the actual situation of cloud printing process,we adopted multi-objective genetic algorithm as the matching algorithm of cloud printing tasks and resources.We presented a multi-objective model for the two parameters,which are the average waiting time and the average print cost.GA,VEGA and NSGA-II were used to optimize the multi-objective model.Finally,three different multi-objective genetic algorithms were applied to an example of cloud printing process.The results were analyzed and compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of three algorithms were summarized.This experimental results verified the validity and superiority of these three algorithms.And the performance of the cloud platform and the server were tested by the Tencent's WeTest platform and the Alibaba's PTS platform.This experimental results verified the reliability and stability of the cloud platform.
