With the increasing demand for mobile communication network,mobile network base station construction scale is increasing in recent years,and there are a huge number of new base stations every year.However,in the actual construction and maintenance process,there are various reasons leading to the existence of base station distribution information is not accurate or even missing the problem.And this problem inevitably causes a considerable impact on the location of the base station location-based services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to have a technical means for the distribution of information about the real base stations in the target area.In order to solve this problem,this thesis designs and implements a multi-standard base station information acquisition system,which provides the effective data support for base station location based on field acquisition and centralized processing.This thesis studies the principle of base station information collection deeply in each system,and summarizes and analyzes the existing means and advantages and limitations of information acquisition technology.From the practical application point of view,the design and implementation of a set of dedicated multi-standard base station information acquisition system.The main work done is as follows:1.Research on systematic overall design and key technology.The whole system is designed as two parts,using Android smart phone for the hardware platform to achieve information collection,through the background building the server to achieve centralized collection of data processing and persistence preservation.Aiming at the problem that the base station is difficult to cover the boundary extraction,a base station coverage boundary extraction algorithm based on quadtree grid is proposed,which can effectively reduce the computation of related data while realizing the rapid detection of boundary.2.Design and implementation of information collection terminal.The information collection terminal includes three modules: base station information acquisition,location information acquisition and data upload acquisition.Three modules cooperate to achieve the original data collection.The base station information acquisition module is mainly responsible for collecting the characteristic information of the base station.The location information acquisition module is mainly responsible for collecting the GPS information in the collection process.The data upload module is responsible for uploading the format of the original data collected by the other two modules.In addition,we design the front end of the information collection terminal page,to provide users with information collection and equipment running status display.After that,we do functional tests to verify the compatibility and availability.3.Design and implementation of data processing platform.The data processing platform mainly includes four modules: user login module,data processing module,information query module and user management module.The user management and user login module mainly provide a set of security access and rights management mechanism for the data processing platform.The information query module provides the user with the final result visualization in combination with the report and the electronic map.Data processing module is the core of the entire data processing platform,is mainly responsible for the upload data analysis,classification,extraction and storage.Using the core extraction algorithm encapsulated after the call to ensure that the system is good scalability and loose coupling.Finally,the module test and integration test are carried out.The test results show that the multi-standard base station information acquisition system designed and implemented in this thesis can meet the requirements of the project and has high practical application value.
