The rapid development of our country’s economy speeds up the process of entrepreneurs’ informatization, which brings larger entrepreneur scale and more employees, followed by the multiplication of the number of desktop office equipment, proposing a higher demand for the procedure of equipment purchasing and the refinement and standardization of assets management. Traditional management model depending on manual work has been already overburdened, so information management system emerges at this right moment, which integrates equipment purchasing, assets management, cost control and many other activities.X bank is the first large-scale domestic financial institution that has purchased IT equipment by means of leasing. The management of leased equipment is more complicated and involves more business links and procedures, as opposed to traditional fixed assets management.Considering the characteristics of China Development Bank leasing desktop office equipment, this project innovatively puts forward leasing model and service mode that are suitable for the current situation of the bank, and establishes a complete management system of leased IT equipment. This project, on the basis of multi-layer software architecture and B/S mode, design and implement a kind of IT equipment management system universally applicable to leasing models. It establishes a complete management system of leased IT equipment by an overall lifecycle management model. This system has a wide range of functions including equipment purchasing, equipment maintenance, equipment recycling, equipment change, inventory management, cost control, document management and access management. It provides overall lifecycle management of IT equipment in all procedures including demand, approval, purchasing, dispatching, checkup, distribution and recycling, and has the function of collecting, analyzing and presenting statistical data. In this project, information technology and the building of information platform help improve the accuracy and efficiency of IT equipment management, and reduce the difficulty of IT equipment management. This system enhances the purchasing speed, cuts the cost, reduces the inventory, increases the available equipment types, and greatly improves the management model of leased IT equipment.
