With the continuous improvement of the level of intelligence and mechanization in coal production process,the requirement of informatization for equipment management in coal enterprises is higher.In view of the current situation of real-time status information updating,insufficient knowledge of equipment maintenance and confusion of equipment identity of coal enterprises in the whole lifecycle management process of equipment,equipment whole lifecycle service system was researched on in this paper,and the RFID technology is used which is based on automatic identification of device identity information and acquisition of real-time status information of equipment,and information services such as real-time status information and maintenance knowledge were provided for coal enterprises.This paper starts from the two aspects of equipment real-time status information collection and intersystem data interaction,and the research work is carried out in the following aspects.(1)In view of the existing equipment management system dynamic information lag,insufficient maintenance knowledge of coal enterprises,the whole lifecycle service system prototype was designed,and automatic identification and real-time status information acquisition method was researched based on RPID technology.(2)In view of the lack of unified identification and coding of coal equipment,the problem that the system cannot effectively realize information integration and form data island is not effective.A EPC coding scheme which can accurately express the identity information of the equipment was proposed to eliminate the polysemy of the equipment identification description.Coding is unique in the whole lifecycle of the device.(3)To realize the consistent understanding of data in different systems,the data structure characteristics of real-time status information and maintenance information of equipment was analyzed,the data normalization model based on XML language description was designed.Based on Web Service,information interaction and data sharing between heterogeneous systems were realized.(4)The equipment lifecycle service system was developed and the feasibility of the unified equipment EPC coding application and the functional modules of the system was verified.The experimental results show that the whole lifecycle service system based on RFID can provide information service of real-time status information and equipment maintenance knowledge for coal enterprise equipment management.
