Equipment management is an important part of enterprise management. Because cement enterprises'equipment run in bad environment continuously, advanced equipment management ideas are needed to give guidance to the work of the equipment management, and it is necessary to develop a corresponding equipment management system to improve the efficiency and the level of the cement enterprise equipment management.Combining with the horizontal project, NSP cement production line equipment management system, the lifecycle management theory was studied in the paper. Lifecycle oriented NSP cement production line equipment management system is designed and developed to help to improve the management level of the enterprise equipment.In the paper, the development of the equipment management theory and equipment management system. After knowing cement enterprise equipment management'status and existing problems, the necessity and important meaning of developing lifecycle oriented NSP cement production line equipment management system was analyzed.On the basis of the research for the cement equipment management business process, the structure and the overall framework of lifecycle oriented NSP cement production line equipment management system were studied, and the specific functions of the main modules were analyzed in the paper.In the paper, taking the key cement production equipment, the main reducer of rotary kiln, for example, the fault diagnosis technology was studied. The structure of reducer was analyzed and its common fault mode is introduced. The case-based reasoning fault diagnosis technology was analyzed.In the paper, the synchronous maintenance of cement equipment was described, and the maintenance personnel scheduling method based on genetic algorithm was analyzed.On the basis of completing the design of system structure and function modules, the function of the software was realized. The system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the data management platform of system, and the database was optimized. The software was develop by c #.NET language. Matlab was used to complete the programming work of genetic algorithm.
