In many modern businesses,device management is very important support for normal operation of the enterprise.Device management can affect the enterprise's capacity and efficiency.As businesses continue to grow,the number of equipment is increased very fast,and equipment update speed very quickly.It's very easy to cause confusion in management of the enterprise,resulting in increased maintenance costs of equipment,which reduce business productivity.The establishment of a complete set of equipment life cycle management system,that can solve the enterprise equipment management,it provides device information analysis for business decision making.This dissertation firstly describes the background of current enterprise faced the problem of equipment unified management.The secondly the paper analysis the management of equipment monitoring technology,combines with current domestic enterprise needs situation,according to software development process,identified the equipment lifecycle management system's requirements analysis.City Light equipment life cycle consists of three stages,City lighting equipment in store management,Street lighting equipment monitoring and management in the network stage,City lighting equipment retreat network management.According to the development requirements,the dissertation establishes a functional model of the target system,the core functionality of the system model has an equipment management subsystem,and equipment monitoring subsystem.Equipment management subsystem including input the information of device,equipment in storage,equipment out storage,and equipment operation and maintenance functions modules.The system send collection orders to the central controller via GPRS and Serial Communications,and the centralized controller through the power line communicate with Lamp controller to collect data,and send these data to the monitoring system.Monitoring Center determines whether the value exceeded the alert value,and gives the alarm level according to the rules.Finally monitoring subsystem based on alarm information analysis fault reason.This system will improve production efficiency and management level of our enterprise.The article gives a detailed system design and implementation.This system uses client/server architecture,using Java cross-platform language,and SWT UI library and spring framework.The system uses the Eclipse integrated development environment for developing and debugging.Finally,the article summarizes the characteristics of the research work on this paper and system function,and prospect to the research and practical prospects of equipment life cycle system.
