Inservice And Application Of IP Leased Line

IP leased line is very popular with the public because of its superior network performance,high maintenance quality,fast failure recovery,symmetrical upload and download speeds,and other advantages.With the popularization of optical network and the solid national support for construction of optical-network-connected cities,IP leased line has reached not only cities but also remote rural areas,and it is available to more clients in virtue of PON.An IP address accessing metropolitan area network is called dedicated LAN line,and two circuits carrying IP leased line via PON are called PON leased line and FTTH leased line.Dedicated LAN line is set up manually,while PON leased line and FTTH line are provided automatically.The automatic way is through automatic data distribution of the system,which improves the efficiency and avoids leakage and venting of circuits.With this setting up method,data on BRAS and OLT is neater,and spam data does not exist any longer.To save optical cable resources,in areas where the client demands are concentrated,telecom operators of City B have changed IP addresses with a rate slower than 50 M and a small user number into the ones accessing network via PON leased line;dedicated LAN line is still used as for IP addresses with a large user number,a rate faster than 50 M,and demanding requirements for security and failure recovery speed;in remote towns and villages,FTTH leased line is used to access network,which,currently,is on the test,and thus the data is processed manually for now.Before IP leased line circuit is provided,the specific way is determined based on user requirements,existing network resources,investment costs,and income.In this paper,the introduction is given to the features of three IP leased line circuits and their corresponding network topological graphs first,followed by details about their respective setting up procedures and data configurations.At last,a brief introduction is given to application scenarios and troubleshooting measures of these IP leased lines.
