There are 56 nationalities in China, one of which Hui nation believe in the religion—Islam, together with the other nine minorities. In fact, the reason why Hui nation can become an independent nation is because it believes in the religion, which is related to Islamic culture. Due to this belief and culture, the nation also has its own way in education---the most important educational form of their education in mosques.Because of this kind of religious education, Hui nation can pass on their unique beliefs, Islamic culture, lifeblood continuation of the Hui nation culture, and the continuation of the Hui nation’s vitality very well. People of Hui nation in Yunnan province and China Hui nation share the same background, so they share the same religious and cultural beliefs, this kind of situation is very beneficial to promote to realize gradually localization of the religion and culture, also is very beneficial to promote this kind of religious education gradually achieving modernization, enable it to comply with all aspects of the situation in our country gradually.With the economic and informational globalization, media technology advancing continuously, the contact between human and information becomes closer and closer. All kinds of information spread widely through the public media, which gives the inheritance and development of traditional culture new opportunities and severe challenges. In order to spread the Hui and Islamic culture, there are many Muslim communities of the folk spontaneous organizations spare no effort to develop their education in mosques, hoping that through religious education, more Muslim masses can continue to inherit the Islamic religion and spread the Hui culture and vitality.Based on the unique perspective of organizational communication, this paper takes Muslim Culture College in Dali as an example, which is a well-organized school in Yunnan province aiming to spread Islamic culture. Besides, the development of education of Hui nation in China is summarized through the organizational communication theory. The paper also analyzes the Hui Muslim Culture College in Dali on education, including the Hui oratory education environment, the network spread of Hui oratory education of Muslim Culture College in Dali, the organization of audience in mosques education and the analysis of communication effect. At the same time, the Hui oratory educational function of network spreading and social function are also analyzed.The paper combines the organizational communication with mosques education of Hui nation, thinking further about the Hui nation’s mosques education. By the organizational spread, the author proposed that education should be established on the basis of long-term spreading awareness, Hui nation’s mosques education should improve the comprehensive quality of religious education, cultivate national high-quality talent, manage to combine teaching with academic, play a role of media vehicles as well as possible, etc. When all aspects of our life change a lot, the Hui nation will be certainly affected correspondingly, they may change in all aspects of social life, so the mosques education will also be affected. Either in the following aspects of concept or the way of being used will be impacted correspondingly. The times have been in all kinds of development and changes, thus this kind of masques education will have corresponding changes. Each period can be a reflection of survival and development of Hui nation adapting to the society at that time.
