Sports organizations and sporting events have always been the focus of the mass media in our country, especially for the sports information of the Chinese Football Super League. By the impact of the past economic system and old national concept, the development of Chinese football has been criticized for a long time. In recent years,because of our country's economic development and policy support, Chinese football ushered in the great development environment, the Chinese Football Super League has gradually completed the evolution from the planned economy management mode to the market economy management mode, with the establishment of organizations operation mechanism and increasingly mature development model, it has formed the relationship of mutually beneficial cooperation with the media, in the organizational communication process of the sports event management agencies and the club, effective organizational communication strategies and means play a very important role for the professional development of the Chinese Football Super League.In this paper, the author taking the Chinese Football Super League organizational communication for the research object, using the method of literature and case analysis to collect and analyze the relative literature or monograph of the football club's organizational communication. Firstly, through the analysis and summary of those collective information, summarizing the general situation of the development of the Super League, the main features of the club during the organizational communication process and the environment and content of organizational communication. Secondly,emphatically discussing the channels of Super League organizational communication,which is through the print media like newspapers or official magazines to communicate,through the traditional TV media to communicate and through the new media platform like official websites or official Wechat to communicate. Thirdly, through the organizational communication channels analysis of the event organization and the football club, summed up the obstacles encountered in the process of organizational communication. Finally, as the obstacles encountered, the author puts forward some corresponding countermeasures: the club organization should actively seek cooperation with mass media, take efforts to improve the construction of the club's official magazine and actively improve the organization's official website content development. This paper uses the theory of the organizational communication to research the ChineseFootball Super League, providing a new theoretical perspective for the professional sports organization, meanwhile, expanding the field of organizational communication research, and playing a special practical significance.
