With the development of Internet technology and the Internet open sharing thoughts, many Internet-based self-organization as Scientific Squirrel, SocialBeta and others come out. There is a clear distinction between the traditional organization and these self-organization on the members, organizational structure, organizational communication modes. In this paper, I will use structural analysis method to analyze the members, structure, communication and their evolution process of the Internet self-organization from the structural perspective.The study found that the Internet-based self-organization has a demassification purpose, openness, instability and other features. The evolution process of them can be split into four types:self-creating, self-expanding, self-sustaining and self-degradation. The first three types can overlap. In terms of organizational structure and communication, Internet-based self-organization are different in the four states.In the chapter4of the article, I research on dooyea, and gives a detailed analysis of it. The results in turn verify the previous studies.In conclusions, I analyze not only the advantages of Internet-based self-organization:cognition-similar members, smooth channels, communication environment benefit, but also the bad point:the unstable organization, geographical barriers, and implementation capacity. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of Internet self-organization:collaboration and ensuring more joinment.
