Tianjin Mosque File Management Education

Mosque is a muslim, the muslim religious’activities, social and political activities of the muslim center. It is a relatively independent economic entity, the center of activity of the muslim culture, education, scientific research institutions, but also has the role of normative behavior. Learned basic theoretical knowledge of archival science, I went to the58mosques of Tianjin and Tianjin Religious Affairs Committee research, to take a study of using interviews, observation and other research methods to learn Mosque file management. Focus on understanding Tianjin Mosque on file type, and the file management aspects, laid the practical foundation for a more in-depth systematic study.In this paper, I went to the site visits many times.With the full collection of related materials basis, combined with archival science, history, religion learned analysis and after a lot of research to fully grasp first-hand information, It also can be combined with the Tianjin local customs, conscientiously sum up the status quo and put forward ideas for improvement. In the writing process, this paper mainly discusses for four parts, first introduced the the Tianjin Mosque file management status, summed up the significance of the research mosque file management gradually leads to the theme of this paper. Through the analysis of a large number of relevant literature and followed tease out mosque file classification and characteristics, we clear that concept of the mosque file and contains the type; followed in different sections according to the mosque of archives in the type and characteristics of the management process introduced the mosque file management process; Finally, at the end of the article results were summarized, and the Mosque file problems of Tianjin in the management process and corresponding countermeasures,and leads to further research directions in the future.
