Abstract/Summary:
With the "Thirteen Five" planning related policies, occupation education has been established as the key development direction in the field of education. In order to better develop vocational education and improve the teaching level, it is an important job content to provide students with practical training device to meet the needs of their vocational skills. At present, the training device used in the teaching of automatic production line manufacturing process is mainly based PPI network communication with Siemens S7-200 PLC, did not involve the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus work for students after graduation in practical work. Based on the above background, this paper designs an automatic production line training device based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus.This paper introduces in detail the transformation process based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus automatic production line training device, based on the original PPI network communication training device based, from the practical application of skills training needs of the design includes communication, number according to the processing, configuration control functions in one of the PROFIBUS-DP bus automatic production line training device based on.In the aspect of hardware, using the Siemens company’s S7-300 type, S7-200 PLC and MM420 frequency converter, Panasonic company produces the A5 and servo motor, servo controller USES the PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology as a way of communication between each device.In the aspect of software, the module design method is adopted, each part of the system is designed, and the detailed implementation process of each module is given. In addition, the control algorithm of this paper uses the advanced algorithm, and gives the concrete design process, simulation and program flow.Using PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology, has transformed the original training device into automatic production line based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus training device, implementation on a pair of cable transmission of multiple signals, reduce the wire and connection parts, improves the system reliability and anti-interference ability, reflects the modern control technology and communication network technology application in the mechanical and electrical integration of automation production line, make the training content to keep up with the pace of the development of automation technology.
