Many problems for the traditional sheet metal processing equipment and processing way ofexistence, the auxiliary bending robot into the sheet metal processing production line, puts forwardthe research and development a integrates auxiliary bending robot, CNC bending machine, automaticup-down material manipulator bending production line, in order to improve the production efficiencyand the processing precision, according to size requirements of the workpiece and the structurecharacteristic of the design requirements analysis and process planning, industrial robots and CNCbending machine composed of an automatic bending production line to solve the problemsencountered in the current sheet metal industry. According to the automatic bending production line torealize the function, one for station automatic handling system to connect all parts of the productionline equipment design, to achieve the design objective to establish inverse follow the bent backmotion model, simplified the auxiliary bending robot movement process, improve the productionefficiency. According to the requirements of the control system are developed and debugging ofcontrol system of automatic bending production line, the automatic bending production line is appliedto the frame processing production practice, the feasibility of the proposed automatic bendingtechnology and effectiveness are verified, thus providing ways to produce a new type of highefficiency for sheet metal processing industry.
